I had seen chia seed pudding all over Instagram for past few years but never really had the temptation to make or try it. I used chia seeds in oatmeal and that sufficed for it's benefits. But isolation has been trying everything in my party so why not this as well ... and OMG! I am obsessed now. This has been on a weekly rotation. I prefer to have it as dessert versus breakfast though. The fact that it is THIS easy to make is simply a bonus. Have you tried it?
