My Process Of Picking My Outfit Includes ...

With this outfit, I am staying true to my vow of wearing bright colors, and also mixing & matching what I already own. Usually my process of picking my outfit includes the following three considerations:

1. What is the weather like (and wind chill)? I do not like being uncomfortable or shiver in cold at all. 
2. What haven't I worn yet? I rotate my closet and try to wear every piece for the season except jeans and shoes. Simply because I don't have that many to choose from. 
3. How much walking is involved? I cannot tolerate shoe bites or discomfort while walking. So unless I will be chauffeured right to the destination without more than 10 step, I will never wear heels.

Sometimes exceptions are made when I like an outfit so much that I end up wearing the exact same thing two consecutive days or when I am short on time and a certain top/bottom goes well with a skirt/sweater and I have no other option but to repeat or rack my brains to find a new combination. But 99% of the times, I am able to utilize my whole wardrobe and instead of just the 20% as the statistics show for majority of people. One of the reasons for this is also that I do closet detox every season and not hold on to clothes for emotional or 'one-day-I will-fit-in-to-it syndrome'.

However, this outfit just came together one item at a time and in the end I was quite obsessed with the unexpected mix of colors myself. But I have to say, Natasha captured the look and shot it beautifully. The colors are popping and I feel I am myself in this pictures. I had such a fun time shooting with her.
