You already know that I have been taking exceptional care of my skin for the last decade. I only wish I had started in my teenage. How did we not know about sunscreen sooner?!??! Anyhoo, I digress. I have incorporates lots of fruits, high in antioxidants, and good fats which are needed for healthy and moisturized skin. Contains essential fats that help your skin glow

  3. Thanks for the tips! I already have some of those in my diet but I have to try and add more arugula. It really tastes lovely in salads!
