My struggle to eat healthy and maintain my weight has been since we were monkeys. I have tried to at healthy through my travels, festivals and dinner parties. It is never easy. However, I have learnt with time, that having a plan always works to undo the damage of those indulgent time. 

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, and I am sure no matter what eating habits you might have, chances are you are going to be indulging a lot of food.
