My Lazy-Day Cleansing Routine

My cleansing routine for 'those' lazy days/nights is simple as 1-2-3-4

I have been a long time user of Burt's Bees products, as on average, Burt's Bees is 99% natural. Over half are 100% natural. Burt's Bees believes that what you put on your body is just as important as what you put in it. And I couldn't agree with them more.

  1. I use the Burt's Bees Cleansing oil, which does an amazing job of removing the makeup without making my face burn or leaving an oily residue. I squirt a few drops of the oil on my fingers and distribute them evening on the fore-front of the fingers
  2. I then gently massage it into my face for about under a minute. This helps cleanse as well as circulate blood. Since it has natural moisturizers like coconut and argan oils, it soften the skin simultaneously. It doesn't clog pores or irritate skin.
  3. I wet my hands and continue massaging my face for another minute. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a towel.
  4. I follow this up with the Burt's Bees Renewal Firming Day Lotion. This is a broad spectrum SPF 30 moisturizer. It's supposed to help reduce the appearance of deep lines and wrinkles. And also improve firmness. I gently massage it in to the clean skin with circular motion for about 30-45 seconds.
It takes such a few minutes of my time and my skin feels clean and refreshed. If you haven't' tried the Burt's Bee products, I would highly recommend you give them a shot.

Let me know if you have used Burt's Bees products, and what were your thoughts!

  1. Now that is my kind of morning face ritual! I could totally pull off washing my face like this! - client
