How To Make A Breakfast Smoothie (YouTube)

Though I have made smoothies before, but ever since the purchase of the new Ninja Kitchen blender, I have shared my love for them over more than once, in the last couple of months on Instagram (Orange, Grapes, Cantaloupe, Banana // Blueberries, Payapa, Kiwi Orange, Raspberry // Cilantro, Kiwi, Honeydew, Cucumber). They have basically replaced my first breakfast. What is first breakfast? Nothing, we start our day quite early which means we have two breakfasts. 

In this week's YouTube video, I am sharing how easy and hassle-free it is to create them. You require no recipe, no measurements. You go by the flavors you like, blend them up and voila! - You are done. I have to admit, some concoctions turn out better than the others but as you play around with different ingredients, you learn along the way what to blend and what to avoid.

  1. I think we have the same blender. I usually like these types of smoothies: avocado, banana, almond milk, ice cubes, protein powder (if I did a weights workout), chia or flax seeds, greens (usually arugula, spinach or kale).
