Beauty Talk: New Products

March 2015, New Products,
one / two / three / four / five / six

Disclaimer: Please read my previous post on my skin type to make an informed opinion/decision. Also, these products might or might not be available in India and/or outside United States.
one: Art & Sole by Jane Weitzman
Art & Sole by Jane Weitzman, wife of shoe designer Stuart Weitzman, features 150 fantasy art shoes made of highly unique materials she has discovered and commissioned by artists for the first Stuart Weitzman shop on Madison Avenue in the mid-1990s. Made from feathers, paper, ceramic, metal, resin, playing cards, corrugated cardboard, Swarovski crystals, even fresh flowers and frosting, many of the shoes featured in Art & Sole are in printed form for the first time. The vibrant red cover and gold edges make Art & Sole an eye catching coffee table book and easily enjoyed by shoe lovers.
two: Green Tea Extract - Zenwise*
Firstly I don't take this supplement for weight loss, while that is one of the 'stated' benefits in the description. I am very lazy about making tea for myself, hence the supplement. Since I have only been taking the supplement for under a month, I cannot speak for its long term benefits or side effects. However, it did provide a boost in energy and reduced bloating. It comes in a easy to swallow capsule and does not have an after taste. If you are looking a Green Tea supplement this would be a good option.
three: Travel The World On A $50 A Day
I really wanted to like this book. It has some useful links and tips, but it is for someone who is an amateur traveler. A lot of tips mentioned in the book are common sense for someone who has been traveling since the age of 5. If you are a novice and starting out your adventure, you might find it helpful.
four: Radha Beauty Eye Gel*
I have been using this products for last 2 weeks. I used a pea-sized amount every night after cleansing my face. I applied it under my eye lids and at the corners of my eyes. I love the hydration it provides. The skin under my eyes feels smoother and softer. It has definitely made get through these harsh winters relatively easier.
five: Haveli Necklace
This is one of my favorite necklaces. It is such an opulent and stylish piece of jewelry. The only thing you need in your outfit to make it go Wow from Blah! You can style is with a dress for an evening out or with a plain tee and jeans for a slight touch of glamour to an everyday look.
sixWell Kept*
I had been looking for something like this since forever. I am anal about finger prints on my laptop screen or black muck accumulating at the corners of my phone cover. Usually I would just use my make wipes, but now finally there is something specifically for my tech-stuff - Well-Kept. These screen cleansing towelettes can be used on a multitude of devices, as well as sunglasses!
* These products were provided to me at no cost. All opinions mentioned are my own.
