Ingredients
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons of fine chopped Garlic
2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
1 Chopped Serrano Pepper
Quater of an onion finely chopped
2 Cups of Peas
Pinch of salt
1. Boil a cup of peas and drain the water well.
2. Sautée onions, garlic and serrano peppers in olive oil
3. Add peas and a pinch of salt and continue sautéing
4. When peas look well cooked and mixed add lemon juice [to taste]
We often have this for breakfast. It always tastes delightful and satisfying.
On an absolutely unrelated topic, after a month-long struggle to think & over-think my life and my decisions, I have decided to not-think for sometime!

ReplyDeleteI would never have thought about eating peas for breakfast, but this sounds pretty good! And definitely taking some time to stop over-thinking your life should be really good. It will help you relax, and maybe all that overthinking was why you were having such a hard time coming up with post ideas for a while!
