However, with constant travel and busy lifestyle, it has become harder to make it to the classes as regularly as I would like to. The classes are either in the middle of the morning (I wake up at 5am so 9am seems pretty in-between) or after 5pm (I eat dinner by 6pm and am in bed by 9:30).
