From Work to Workout

Street Tights Athleta Tanvii.com

One of the things most people don't know about me is that I love active wear. I don't mean spending the day in my tracks and then making a poor excuse for my appearance. I mean cute-comfortable-trendy athleisure wear. This is one trend I wish would not go out of fashion, but then you know me, I would rock it even if it did. But I digress. I love functional and yet fashionable athleisure wear.

In today's outfit post I am collaborating with Athleta to a couple of my favorite pieces from their latest fall collection.

High Rise Metro Drifter Tight - These are hands down the post comfortable and flattering pair of tights I have ever tried on. They are made with PILAYO® an exclusive soft, stretchy fabric which makes it perfect for any workout. It is breathable so the sweat can travel through the fabric and evaporate. The cute zipper detail on the side, makes it easy to style and wear outside the workout space.

Washable Silk Side Slit CYA Tank - I love the versatility of the tank. It can easily be styled to wear outside (like in this look) or as a workout tank. It is unbelievably sleek with those slits. Also extremely lightweight silk which is easy to care for and washable.

Responsible Down Vest - I am obsessed with the blush pink (as you all might already know). Besides it's color, I love the quilted pattern. I appreciate that this vest is made with 100% Certified Responsible Down, i.e. guaranteeing that every feather was ethically sourced. It is lightweight, sleek, with zip pockets adding to it's style. What's not to love?

I have been a long time loyalist of GAP - and now I am so excited to have discovered Athleta. Their product quality and commitment to sustainability is absolutely in sync with my personal values.

  1. I dig those drifter tights from Athleta. They definitely look comfortable yet chic enough to actually wear all day and not just to the gym.
