Five Tips To Stay Refreshed During Summer Time

Summer is just around the corner though the temperatures have already started soaring high. I am not complaining. I was long done with winter and the layers. I am ready for summer. In fact prepared for it. Once you are in the sunny state of mind you cannot not enjoy the summer shine. Below are five easy ways to stay refreshed during the summer time: 

1. Take early morning or evening walks to unwind
This is probably the best time to spend outdoors and get some fresh air. It will help you either prepare for the day ahead or unwind from the day's work.

2. Choose soft flowing fabrics
Comfort is supreme all year round but wearing light flowing fabrics is paramount during summers. I choose cotton, viscose or rayon. The more breathable the better.

3. Take a swim
... where is not important, as long as you are in water. Swimming pool, lake, ocean whatever is closer to you, make time to take a dip.

4. Eat lot of fruits
Juicier the fruit the better. Watermelon and mangoes are my favorite during summer time. Perfect way to energize in the middle of the day. Although I always carry an apple in my bag as it is an easier on-the-go option.

5. Drink a refreshing beverage 
Sipping a cold refreshing beverage right out of the bottle is an ideal summer time treat. Since I am on-the-go during most afternoons, the hottest part of the day, I prefer carry a drink in my bag for a refreshing coffee-fix on a hot summer day.
