I am never quite happy with my hair, ever. I wish they were thicker, healthier, shinier and basically gold-coated-goodness. But of course that's asking too much from just hair, you know?     1. I use - Vitabiotics Perfectil MAX Skin, Hair, Nails and I also take Biotin supplement. I have been having it for 10 years. I would like to believe it is safe, but I do suggest you check with your physician first.
