Memories Through Pictures + Giveaway

12:00 AM

I often say that I have a love-hate relationship with technology. I hate how dependent we are on it, and I love how easy it makes our lives most times. Pictures for instance. The digital photography has practically made photo processing and photo-albums extinct. However, that doesn't mean we take any less pictures today than we did a decade ago. If anything, I personally take 100 times more pictures than I ever did. The downside, of taking that many pictures is the sheer volume of photos stored on my iPhone.

I have been on a look out for an app or device which would help me get my photos archived and organized in a way that I am able to access them easily without having to scroll down thousands of pictures.

Enter Lyve.

  1. I love the Lyve App! I take so many photos from my camera, my phone, and my tablet and organize my whole family's memories as best as I can. There are so many photos and such little time to organize them by date or event. Lyve made it easier to streamline all my photos in one place. My favorite photo memory is when I graduated high school just last year. My whole family was there to celebrate and everyone took lots of photos on all their devices. I was able to put them all in one place and view them on any device. Lyve is awesome, thanks so much for recommending this app, I love it! E-Mail:

  2. With the change from film to digital, there's wide room for new products to help us manage our bursting picture libraries. Your experience is common -- people now take many more pics than they did before not only because of the ease (since every phone contains a camera) but because of the cost (practically nothing). Back in the old days of film, you were careful not to waste photos 'cause each one cost you real money.

Most people haven't organized their photos in any way, so new apps and computer programs are welcome to help us with this. Good post!

  3. I just Downloaded the app on my desktop & also my phone under my yahoo email. A photo with a great memory was a family trip to Frankenmuth here in Michigan. We stayed at the Bavarian inn, and rode on the riverboat. It was the first time in a long time that the entire family had been together to create some memories.
