Yogurt Dip

Yogurt Dip


1/2 Green Pepper (deseeded and chopped)
1/2 Cucumber (grated)
1 Fine chopped Serrano Pepper (chillies)
2 cups of non-fat yogurt (hung over night in muslin cloth)

Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper

Mix all the ingredients and serve fresh! 

You can use the dip with wheat crackers or as a sandwich spread.
