I hope I am not spoiling your Monday Morning with a workout post! :P
Do not know about you all but I love starting my week with a killer workout. This is a one of my short abs workout with my trainer. And you will see that I too get tired and whine ... but that doesn't mean I give up! You've gotta keep at it!
Myth: Spot reducing abs is easy.
Fact: You cannot spot reduce those abs!
Myth: To reduce tummy fat, it is enough to eat low fat food.
Fact: To rid tummy fat, you must eat the right kind of low fat food.
Myth: You must work your abs every day.
Fact: You do not need to work your abs every day to get flat abs!
What I have learnt about abs?

ReplyDeleteI am into Yoga, the workout postures you have shown here are quite similar to the warm ups we do before getting on to asanas and in fact as part of warming up to pavanmukthasana we do this getting up thing with out arms folded behind knees and we come up so that abs get worked out!
Guess what i am thrilled as i got to the 'Hal Aasan' today, it was eluding since last week when our trainer taught us this asana. yay! i am on cloud nine!
NO, u havent ruined the Monday, but actually inspired to have a great workout Monday morning!!

May be you can write a post describing the right kind of low fat food. It is problem for most Indian men...there is something in genes too.
