Sautéed Peas for Breakfast

1:01 AM

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons of fine chopped Garlic
2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
1 Chopped Serrano Pepper
Quater of an onion finely chopped
2 Cups of Peas
Pinch of salt

1. Boil a cup of peas and drain the water well.
2. Sautée onions, garlic and serrano peppers in olive oil
3. Add peas and a pinch of salt and continue sautéing
4. When peas look well cooked and mixed add lemon juice [to taste]

We often have this for breakfast. It always tastes delightful and satisfying.

On an absolutely unrelated topic, after a month-long struggle to think & over-think my life and my decisions, I have decided to not-think for sometime!
Also, before I forget, I would like to thank the fabulous Vibhuti from rai·son d'ê·tre who gave me not one but two awards here last week. Thank You, Vibhuti!

LOL at the "thinking inside the box" pictures!!

Its every normal think about "life/where am i" - I mean look at Liz Gilbert - she is sitting on a mountain of $$$just by doing sharing that introspection publicly:-) Who knows u may have a best seller in the future too:-) (not the unhappy part of it though)

  23. I would never have thought about eating peas for breakfast, but this sounds pretty good! And definitely taking some time to stop over-thinking your life should be really good. It will help you relax, and maybe all that overthinking was why you were having such a hard time coming up with post ideas for a while!

  24. what's "not-think for sometime" mean, chickie? is it sorta like bottling up sunshine? boxing up a rose? refrigerating a banana (yeah, it turns the pretty yellow into a mushy dark brown mush)?
ya prolly could do all those things, but do ya really wanna? :o(
