Delicious Blueberry Smoothie

I am a breakfast person. Yes, I am! But I cannot eat or even serve the same thing everyday. Hence I try to cook/blend different things not only for lunch & dinner but also for breakfast. That is why I wake up early. No matter what time I sleep I am up by 6:00am and ready-steady-go!

I do not know who said it but I agree - 
There will be enough time to sleep once you are dead!
Ingredients
1/2 Cup of Fat Free Milk
1/3 Cup of Blue Berry Flavored Yogurt
1 and 1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Flaxseed
1 and 1/2 Teaspoon Honey
1 Handful of Blueberries 

Add Milk, Yogurt, Flaxseed, and Honey in the grinder and blend on medium speed.
Once blended add the blueberries and blend on high speed.
Ready to serve!

Haha, I am so not a morning person. I loathe getting out of bed before 8 am. But if I had a blueberry smoothie like that waiting for me, I might find it a little easier to get up! That looks delicious!

I'm making this tomorrow!! Only with french vanilla yogurt because that's all I have, but it will do! And please please please if you have ANY tips on how to actually train your body to get up at 6 am I'd LOVE it. I've been trying to do this for a few months now and only have accomplished driving my boyfriend MAD due to the snoozing for an hr 6am -7am. LOL I might be a lost cause!

I love smoothies especially in warmer months. They are a perfect go-to breakfast. I assemble most of the ingredients at night and then in the morning just zzzrrrr ( in case you did not catch the noise it was my immersion blender :)
