Pondicherry Masala Dosa
Please click here if you wish to know more about this South Indian Dish. All I can say is this was the best masala dosa I have ever eaten in my life. Every bite was delicious and I was full after eating 2 of the portions but couldn't stop myself from gobbling the whole thing down [All 4 portions]. Now you know how I gained those 4 pounds!

Do I look rejuvenated?
This was our last day in Raleigh and we decided to make it the Spa-Day! We started the day with a trek in the State Park which was absolutely awesome. Me and Mom both love nature, greenery, waterfalls and we got it all there. After a sweaty-tiring morning we head straight to the Spa.
We both had signed up for the same treatment. It was U.N.B.E.L.I.E.V.A.B.L.Y good! After the treatment we spent about 2 hours relaxing in their lounge flipping through fashion magazines while munching on nuts and vegetable crisps and sipping liters of lemon induced water [does it sound heavenly, yet?]. After we were through with all the magazines we went to the pool and swam a few laps. Luckily we were the only ones there which made it even more perfect. Swimming was followed by steam, sauna and jacuzzi.
Then we ended the day with Dinner and Drinks at the Hotel Restaurant which was outdoors facing luscious green lawns and a beautiful lake.
Ahhh! Puuurrrfect day! Wouldn't you agree?

Sounds like you had a really fantastic, relaxing day! Everyone needs one of those once in a while to unwind, but the perfect opportunity doesn't always present itself. Sounds like it did for you though!
